إجابة مختصرة
Getting your documents right first time is the easiest way to avoid delays. Below is the list our team commonly works through with pilgrims from Pakistan. Requirements are decided by the Saudi authorities and airlines and can change, so we confirm the current list for each booking.
Commonly requested documents
- Passport valid for at least six months from your travel date, with blank pages
- Recent photographs with a white background
- CNIC copy for adults
- B-Form / birth certificate for children, where requested
- Contact details and your address in Pakistan
- Vaccination records if required at the time of travel
Before you apply
- Check that the name and date of birth match exactly on your passport and CNIC.
- Renew your passport early if it is close to expiry.
- Keep scanned copies of every document on your phone.
- Tell your agent about any previous travel issues or visa refusals.
After your visa is issued
Check every detail on your visa — name, passport number and validity — as soon as you receive it. Print a copy and keep a digital copy as well. Carry your hotel and return flight details while travelling.
Women travelling for Umrah
Rules about women travelling without a mahram have changed in recent years. Ask your travel agent what applies at the time you book, and check with a scholar you trust on the religious question.

الأسئلة الشائعة
How long must my passport be valid for Umrah?
A passport valid for at least six months from your travel date is commonly required. Renew it before applying if it is close to expiry.
Do children need their own documents?
Yes. Every traveller, including children and infants, needs their own passport and visa. Additional documents such as a birth certificate (B-Form) may be requested.
Can I apply if my passport has a different name spelling from my CNIC?
Name differences can cause problems. Make sure names and dates of birth match across documents, and tell your agent about any differences before applying.
