Umrah Booking Policy
This policy explains each step of booking an Umrah package with us, so you know what to expect.

1. Quotation
We send a written quotation showing hotels in Makkah and Madinah, distance from the Haram, nights in each city, room type, transport, inclusions, exclusions and price per person.
2. Confirmation and deposit
To confirm, we need a deposit of [amount or percentage] and copies of the required documents for each traveller.
3. Documents
Each traveller provides a passport valid for at least six months, photographs and other documents requested for the visa application. Incorrect or late documents can delay or prevent your visa.
4. Visa application
We submit the Umrah visa application through the applicable channels. The decision rests with the Saudi authorities.
5. Final payment and travel documents
The balance is due [number of days] days before departure. After full payment we provide your visa, tickets (if included), hotel details and itinerary.
6. During your journey
Hotel check-in and check-out times follow each hotel’s rules. Transport timings are shared with you before travel. Contact us on WhatsApp if anything changes.
